Ate Japanese tea-ceremony food.

Last weekend, relatives of "the 88-year-old(米寿:BEIJYU)" grandmother's birthday party held.

Ate Japanese tea-ceremony food.

First of all food is beginning to come out of the prime-coated platters of fresh "Sashimi(刺身)".

Then, "tofu(豆腐)" is made of "Testicular globefish(河豚の白子:HUGU no SHIRAKO)" came out.

Albinic flavor, but very delicious.

And the advent of cooked food "Buri(鰤)" and "Radish(大根:DAIKON)".

Photos of dishes.

Japanese food is a menu staple.

Radish is steeped in taste, and the Japanese cuisine and positively to the call right.
